WHOLESALE HOW-TO'S

New Customer

  • The first step is to register on the NYGÅRD SLIMS wholesale site by clicking on the 'Create Account' button on the top right of the landing page
  • You will be redirected to a registration page to create your account. Fill in the form with all applicable information and then click 'Create Account'.
  • A validation email will now be sent to the email address you provided. Follow the instructions provided in the email in order to activate your account.
  • Once your account is activated you will be able to view wholesale pricing and place orders

Ordering

  • Minimum first-time order is 6 units of a color per style
  • There is no minimum quantity when placing a re-order

Credit & Payments

  • Customer can choose between the following payment methods:
  • Credit Card Payment
    - Payments can be made by credit card. We accept both Master Card and Visa
    - Wholesale account will be automatically set up
    - Refund to the credit card will be processed in case of short shipping
    - Contact 204-982-5586 for questions
  • Credit Line
    - You must submit a credit application which can be found under the 'My Account' heading or by contacting us at retailer@nygard.com
    - All applications will be processed by our credit department within two business days
    - Customers will be subject to terms set up at the time of the Wholesale account activation
    - Payments can be done by Visa / Master card / Electronic Funds Transfer

    - Customers with terms are required to pay their outstanding balances by the invoice due date or risk having interest charges on the outstanding balance
    - If your account is past due, subsequent orders will be held, possibly until credit review
  • Invoices are sent via email within 24 hours of orders being shipped
  • Invoices will be in the currency set up for your account

Shipping

  • We ship all orders with UPS Ground
  • All freight /Tax charges are added to your merchandise invoice at time of shipping
  • Orders are shipped within 24 hours
  • Canadian orders are shipped from our Winnipeg, MB or Vaughan, ON service centers
  • United States orders are shipped from our Gardena, CA service center
  • A tracking # will be available under order tracking to review the status of your shipment
  • If your shipment arrives damaged, please contact the customer service within 5 days and save all packaging
